Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7828072.

About 20 metres north of the hospital access road there's a patch of oil or diesel ... Was there yesterday afternoon and was still there around 2pm this afternoon. Could benefit from some absorbent granules or other clearance.
