HS2 lights between Stone and Aylesbury A418

Since last week the lights at the junction of the HS2 compound and the main A418 seem to have been replaced by more temporary lights. Since then there have been horrendous delays travelling into Aylesbury in the evening (5pm) with the queue of traffic back to the Dinton turning. It's been taking well over 25 mins to get through. This is surely unacceptable that lights to allow works site access are causing massive delays on the main road for us commuters trying to get home. The previous light which have been covered up while causing some delay did work much better. These need to be fixed asap or get a real person controlling the flow of the main road traffic back into Aylesbury please.
