Surface Dressing stone on footway

Reported via Android in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category by DR Jonathan Hemlock at 13:49, Tue 8 July 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7827807.

When the road was swept for surface dressing stone the footway was neglected to be swept, I am aware it's not the best of footways but it was better without the surface dressing stone.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 08:47, Tue 19 August 2025

  • The footway needs sweeping of surface dressing chips from the start to finish on the site treated, from the road dip before Hanging Houghton's lodge all the way to hanging Houghton village turn. Having travelled behind vehicles on the day of dressing you should also be sweeping from the brixworth island to the lamport turn.
