Highway Clearway sign knocked over/taken down

A highway Clearway sign, that was on a post, is laying on the verge. Whilst there is a Clearway sign/50mph speedlimit sign on a trestle adjacent this is not the permanent arrangement. It has been suggested in a planning application (P25/V1211/OTHER) that this sign will be removed as part of seeking permission for a mobile communication mast!
