Thesiger Road junction defects

The condition of the road here, and the presence of vibrations felt by properties within an approx 100m radius has been raised numerous times before. It has come to light that the road condition and safety may contravene Highways Act 1980, TSRGD 2016, and DMRB - particularly because it is a junction. Specific concerns include the ability of vehicles to slow down on an undulating surface, often resulting in damage to the undertray on vehicles, and the fact the road has sunk making cornering cars veer close to, and onto the pavement.
