The Oak Tree on Handford Lane (at the back of 2 & 4 Hangerfield Close is overgrown and blocking our light in the garden and home. Please can you trim it down as it is affecting our mental health.

In 2024 various vegetation at the back of No. 4 Hangerfield Close were overgrown onto the pathway of Handford Lane, I saw a member of the community cutting it back and he left the cuttings at the back of No. 4 Hangerfield Close. I am asking again for Hart DC to remove the cuttings, it is an eyesore and nothing to do with Yateley TC as I have already checked with them. Thank you.
