Junction of Hubert Drive

There is a problem with the drain on the junction of Hubert Drive - there is standing water that is not draining because the drain is blocked. It last rained yesterday afternoon and there is still heavy standing water that has not drained (see photo taken at time of report). This has happened repeatedly for the last year and usually drains away but the drain cover was replaced on Thursday 3rd July and since then the drain has been blocked and water is standing.
