We are getting rats because people keep dumping rubbish and leaving bin and bin bags out this needs to stop

  • It's worse than it was the alley way is disgusting. I've counted the house on major street side thst is 22 house and there is 13 bins out rubbish streamed across the alley. I do litter picks but I can't do this as there is just to much
