Footpath considerably reduced in width
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7818831.
This has been reported a number of times by various people. Hedge by bustop, heading out of Oxford, is blocking the pavement and blocking the timetable and flag for the busses. I appreciate that contacting the land owner is something you are doing however, this is a danger for people as people, including children/families, who cannot pass always, or others that have to stand in the road of people walking along. The path itself is plenty wide enough if the bushes are cut back.
This is a safety risk. Please could someone use a different approach and have this cut back to expose the footpath completely as a matter of urgency. It would be regretful if there is an injury, esp when it has been highlighted a number of times.
