Safety issue. Overgrown trees and random tree growing in pavement obscuring street light.

A tree is engulfing the street light, a council planted tree on the corner, and a hawthorn tree self seeded in the pavement now growing large are all contributing to the poor street lighting in to Cairns Road from the corner of Halsbury Rd. daylight photo shows the position of the trees, the night time photo shows the utter blackness on rounding the corner in to Cairns Rd. It is compromising safety and really scary walking here.
