Removal of bollards and parking

Kineholme Drive has has its multiple bollards removed by residents to allow parking!! Also commercial vans and a wagon are constantly parked on the pavements and spoiling the lovely grassed area of the estate this in turn is causing disabled people children and wheelchairs/ prams to have to navigate onto the main carriageway which is disgusting and dangerous
