Litter prospect park

I feel every bench at prospect park needs a bin with a lid to reduce waste blowing out of it it bring removed by magpies. I understand that would increase work for the park litter team but every Saturday I walk through the park with a bin bag and fill it to over flowing with litter by the benches with no bin. I am aware it's not your fault some people don't seem to care but this may help them by giving them an easy place to dispose of the tubbish
