Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7814954.

Car park opposite cockney hill has recently been cut back and tidied a little. Thank you. However on the right hand side just before you enter the park there is a boundary to a house that has years of fly tipping and rubbish in it including rubble. The recent strimming has revealed it.
