Plant pots outside the house on Byron street.

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 21:06, Saturday 5 July 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7814467.

What's wrong is the following. There are a number of plant pots outside of a house on Byron street which is a main street and footpath that other people have to use. The collection of pots is ridiculous because the pots are not just one or two either side of the house, there is a vast number and when anyone is going down there at night them pots are a danger to anyone who may not be aware of them. Also a wheelchair user or person with a pushchair wouldn't have much room to get past. They also look untidy. How are they whoever they are in the house be able to have pots obstructing a public path and the pots are not fixed. Why hasn't the council been out and assessed them talking up pavement space that is for people to walk on.
