'no dog fouling' sign is illegible / completed faded on the lamp-post at the beginning of Randolph Road

Three 'no dog fouling' signs attached to lamp-posts in Randolph Road are faded to such an extent they are illegible - the one at the entrance to the road (on the right) cannot be read at all, the other 2 (post by house 8 and house 39) are faded. Please can these be replaced as we are seeing an increase in dog fouling in the road.
