Large amount of litter accumulated

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7812832.

A shocking amount of litter has been allowed to accumulate on the grass central reservation. This is unusual. Does the council really want this image of neglect as you drive into the town? Can it be cleaned up asap please.
