Wire fencing between parkland and grounds of Swindon Hall falling down
Sent to Cheltenham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7812636.
Fencing has been listing over for months, not sure who is responsible for it but it could be used by vehicles to access the park if it falls right over, The village has had problems in the past with unauthorised travellers setting up camp on the park by entering via the private road alongside which leads to houses beyond Swindon Hall itself, near to the pond so preventative action would be helpful
