Abandoned car parked on double yellow lines in residential area

The car in the images (white Vauxhall, registration CY69 LGC) has been abandoned and park on the double yellow lines on a corner for over three days. We have CCTV cameras at the front of our house and they showed that no one has accessed the vehicle at all in this time. I looked up the registration of the vehicle and it is untaxed. Where the vehicle is parked is blocking the visibility for road users approaching the corner between Metal and Iron Street, as well as those on Iron Street approaching Metal Street. It is also parked opposite the local primary school, so blocking the road further when it is already busy during school hours.
