North ninth street in Milton Keynes is a hot spot for rampant drug use and public drinking. These drug users and drinkers are constantly trying to steal things and fight members of the public. Some of them even go into the near by restaurants to shoot up their drugs, leaving needles and other drug paraphernalia in the toilets.
Thames Valley Police should be absolutely disgusted by their own lack of action in this area.
