Life Buoy Rings and Stands: Nantwich Lake & River Weaver

CNBC Life Bouy Ring Stands all appear to be in need of cleaning and maintenance. Could someone arrange a risk assessment on all Nantwich Lifebuoys and consider updating other councils to do the same please. My husband has today pulled one Lifebuoy ring out of the bushes near to the picnic table at the back of the lake and put it back in the housing. Thank you as this is lake and walk area is used by alot of families and teenagers walking by themselves so is a high risk area.
