Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7810449.

Please please please send traffic enforcement officers. Again there are vehicles that haven't moved in about six weeks taking up half of the 1hr parking bay space. Just send someone once a week and you'll make a fortune in fines.
