All Vic Pk underpasses need checked & cleaned as needed

According to NRS mgt recently, these gulleys & drains in A814 & A739 pedestrian underpasses (some prone to flooding) have no ‘cleansing issues’ & ‘servicing has taken place periodically’. Drainage is also ‘subject to cyclic maintenance’.

The evidence suggests otherwise.

That long underpass drainage grate & the drain at the entrance to same are choked. And here's the rub. They are directly adjacent to a council parks depot....That south-east corner footpath has also not been swept of leaves > leaf mulch this year. Why not?

Does no-one on NRS mgt pay (real-world) attention these days? Try getting out that east-end office for a change... do you, and the city good ;-)
