Road blocked regularly

I regularly visit to a local business in order to make deliveries in a truck . The amount of drivers with disabled badges that abandon their vehicles opposite the loading bay and the loading bay is shocking. In the attached picture you can clearly see the issue. I was in a truck and I was blocked due to the car parked opposite the bay. I strongly believe parking on this double yellow should not be allowed, even using the blue badge because if a Truck parks on the loading bay to make a delivery, other large vehicles cannot get through this place. Please look into this matter. Thank you.
