Ongoing problem with street light no 8 and all the other lights along the road.

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7807191.

Received an email from HCC this am telling me to contact Northern Power regarding this problem. I rang Northern Power and surprisingly they told me to ring HCC. This problem has been ongoing since early May and it seems neither organisations wish to take responsibility for this issue.

  • Councillor Paul Harper has emailed me this morning to say he is investigating this matter and will respond in due course.

  • Councillor Harper has been in touch and he is actively pursuing the matter.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • This problem was fixed yesterday after the intervention of the residents of the area who contacted Northern Power directly. Hull City Council and its officials did nothing to assist in helping to bring this to a conclusion. Four months for no action was totally unacceptable.
