Brambles blocking path

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7804757.

There are brambles growing from behind the fence, on the pathway that leads to the underpass that gets you to Sobell leisure centre. I scratched my hand on them as I went past in my wheelchair as there isn't enough room to avoid them.
