Insufficient road markings

This roundabout going west bound, has 3 lanes approaching the roundabout, with zero road markings. Highway Code would indicate, left hand lane for first exit; middle lane for straight over: right hand lane for third and fourth exit. However, it is an accident waiting to happen. You end up with all three lanes attempting to go straight over in to one lane with a filter. There needs to be clear markings on the road to identify who should be in which lane, or, it needs to be reverted back to a two lane approach. It is dangerous and confusing. I have to use this roundabout multiple times a day as I live nearby and have no other access to where I live.
