Litter thrown from moving car in front of me. Open 'Smart' water bottle and sandwich packet was thrown out of passenger side window nearly hitting a pedestrian. Location of litter on Guildford Road passing under M25 onto pavement (passenger side) southbound at 13:03 on 03/07/2025. I only have photo of rear of car (and licence plate).
