Bush over growing pavement and blocking access. Previously reported 15/5/25 under FixMyStreet ref 7574684 and home owner sent an enforcement letter but no action has taken place after 28 days and so I am opening another case as suggested in the last update of case 7574684, before being closed by BCC.
