Concrete wall —- in North side of entrance to Manor rd—- appears to be under constant pressure—from holding back the Garden at Cedar Court… It appear to net doubling in cracks and falling masonry—//every day My photo is particularly graphic You can see the damage (as it happens) And the road-sign in front of of it..

Suggest you put a temp fence Before someone gets hurt..
