Public open space is a mess due to Warwick DC inaction

Warwick District Council tried to make part of our grassed open area into a wild flower meadow. This did not work and now the place is a mess - just tangled weeds. Needs to be put back to grass or properly done. The residents who look out on this area and who use if regularly are sick of the sight of this large patch of weeds.
