Concerning dip in the road surface

Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category by Peter Pool at 23:21, Wednesday 2 July 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 7800610.

There is a noticeable dip in the road surface at the location shown that appears to be getting worse over time. I have lived close to this for 35 years and I recall remedial work being carried out in the past. With increased traffic, particularly large lorries, I am concerned why this is occurring and fear a potential sink hole opening up. The situation has become so noticeable of late, that local people who are aware of it have taken to driving g on the opposite side of the road to avoid it.
