Could a councillor try walking down Tower Hill we have blackberry bushes, a cotoneaster ,lime tree growth teasels ivy and stinging nettles all growing through the pavement. The sweeper cannot drive down it is so overgrown.

    The pavement is now probably half its width.July to December still not investigated and now wet leaves adding to the problem
