Extended stretch of tarmac damage

Continuous parking of SUV & Trade vehicles on paving. Very minimal of tarmac laid years ago in wet conditions after paving stones were removed. We have one car always parked on driveway.

First time complained. Council department confused POST CODE brought up a location half a mile away. Gave them correct area , came took photos decision was not in their criteria. Meantime damaged area gets bigger.
