Damp damage and flooding to private residence basement level dwelling (tanked bedroom) and damp damage to walls in bedroom above (ground floor) thought to be from standing rain water on public pavement outside front of property. The standing water has been evident for a long time and i beleive has undermined the ground in front of my property. I have reported this with no reply to case reference SR3458672. I.would like to speak to a council officer and arange an assessment visit.
