Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7795236.

There are a number of commercial bins placed in a residential courtyard. They are totally over filled with waste on the ground and being removed by animals. It’s a huge health hazard and unsightly. The council are the freeholders of this building and have been notified but no change.
