Campervan with tow bar overhanging pavement

This vehicle is overhanging pavement which gives me great concerns regarding accidents involving somebody getting seriously injured if they fall over or into it, e.g children or elderly.

The campervan has returned and parked up with tow bar overhanging pavement, which I consider dangerous. There are children regularly passing by this vehicle on their scooters and elderly people passing and this could cause a serious injury if they should take a fall.

An inspection was carried out on the 10th July 2025, with the vehicle in question not located at location, a further reinspection to take place and a further update to be provided once this has occurred.
