Kerb removed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7792903.

The owners of the (possibly illegal) car wash have removed the kerb stones and installed a drop kerb. They have also lowered a large part of the pavement so that it is now at a slight angle.
