Customer reporting their car keeps scraping due to road subsiding before joining the dropped kerb into their driveway.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

One of the workman mentioned that the storm drain outside my house 5 Meadow Close needs attention still, as it has sunk and doesn’t look fully secure. Suggest the drain is raised slightly, made level and then secured in position.
