The phasing of the lights at Kings/ Ortis road is out of sync with the light allowing turning from Kings into Eldon road. When a hand full of cars do get onto Eldon rd, the road is completely empty and all the cars are queuing for 15/20 minutes to get from Watlington / Forbury Road causing unnecessary traffic aggression
