Sunken repair across entire highway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7791558.

This has been here for many months - an original repair across a concrete road has sunk - previous contractor has made a poor job of fill.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.

  • Why reject the repair..? so it's going to remain as it is, the council should have checked the original repair by the original contractor at the time.
