No white Bay markings or white lines in middle of road

Permit bay have almost lost their white line for parking which has been dangerous when I have to stand in between cars to cross. cars do not realise that these are bays that I’m standing in to see to cross the road. Also, we have faded non-existent white lines in the middle of the road. Not clear the drivers.
