Multiple abandoned overlfowing bins causing immediate health hazed

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7791294.

Abandoned and overflowing bins (1 x green, 1 x purple and 1 x blue). Blue one was reported in August 2024 and still has not been cleared. Purple is overflowing with food now on the floor which is an immediate health and rat risk for the alley now. Needs clearing asap before further issues occur.
