Council managed trees need cutting

Two council owned trees need cutting please. They are on and old footpath now in someone’s garden but still owned by council. They have been cut once since we moved to 19 in 2019 but are now seriously affecting our garden and house light. Please can we they be put on your teams job list to cut, thank you
