Raised Concrete on Road Unsafe

The concrete shown in the photo has significantly raised causing issues when getting in and out of the close to park our cars.

Going over this damages the underside of our vehicles risking damage to oil sumps and fuel tanks, not to mention swerving onto a neighbours front garden to actually leave.
