Bushes along the park backing onto Dallington Haven

Bushes/hedges along the park are really overgrown and are hanging into residents gardens which back onto Dallington Haven, please can these be trimmed back all along there leading to the alleyway, a lot of fly tipping is happening as well due to the overgrowth.
