Overgrown bushes near children nursery causing danger to pedestrians and road users

There are extremely overgrown bushes on a public footpath near Abbeymore Day Nursery. I walk my child to and from nursery and these overgrown bushes are causing issues for me as I can’t easily see when leaving or entering the nursery / or just using the pavement generally. It’s also becoming dangerous for car users who can’t see down the road properly. I don’t believe that these bushes are on private property, they are either Reading or Wokingham Borough council’s responsibility.
