  • Thank you for your patience. We have raised this with the play specialist who will be dismantling an investigating this issue. We will update this FMS when we have a date for these works.

  • This was over two months ago. My children as well as many others have been using it quite happily for the past month or 6 weeks. It must already have been fixed. It happens periodically but I can assure you it is working at present.
