Water leaking from cracks in road

Water is leaking from underground pipes beneath road. This has been reported via other channels and cones have appeared in the street to give access for repair vehicles, but nothing more has been done for some weeks. The leak is getting worse, originally being a trickle from one spot, now it's flowing from two areas, and is washing grit and sand out from under the road, which is now dipping in some places.
