Gutters choked with weeds, causing flooding

Glasgow city council came to the street on 28/05/2025 to clear the gutters, made everyone move their cars from street parking with the threat of being towed if we didnt, used a road sweeper to clear the gutters, not one person manually removed all the thick grown weeds, the gutter cleaning machine was very ineffective and now it has grown even more and the rain water pools and floods at the drains, total disgrace that they cant even remove weeds! What was the point in this exercise, appears to be box ticking as it is worse than ever, this needs urgently rectified before it causes damaging flooding with heavy rain, this has been like this since covid lockdown and getting worse
