Bushes overgrown on Orphan Drive

The bushes that occupy the grounds of the old Newsham Hospital on Orphan Drive need cutting back because they are encroaching onto the pavement. At the moment it is virtually impossible for disabled people to get past the bushes. The owners of the land should me made to keep this area safe.
